Session Plan 

• Dribbling | Manoeuvring through cones to enhance ball control and agility
• Passing | Partner and group passing exercises to improve accuracy and timing
• Shooting | Target practice and shooting on goal to refine technique and power
• Fun Games | Games to enhance social interaction, teamwork, and coordination

U7 (5v5) Games 

• Our U7 players are playing their second away match currently scheduled as Transport Iveagh Club👏
• Meeting @ 9:30, Kick-off @ 10:00 to 11:00!

• Make sure the Academy players bring their bottle of water to the Astro, where they can leave it in the centre circle
• For the 2018’s playing away, please ensure that they bring plenty of water to their away match as it is going to be another warm morning.

• The weather is getting warmer and is expected to be Sunny with a high of 16 degrees in Celbridge during our Academy sessions. 
• Please dress your child appropriately for the weather with Sun Protection recommended from 10 am.
